Kathleen Tessaro

Kathleen Tessaro (born June 1, 1965) is an American novelist. She was born in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania and attended the University of Pittsburgh and Carnegie Mellon University, where she was a member of their drama program. Katie Holmes adapted Tessaro's sixth book, ''Rare Objects'', into a screenplay and went on to produce, direct, and act in the film, which opened in theaters and online streaming on April 14, 2023.
