Michael Collins was ordained into the Catholic church in 1985. After achieving a doctorate in Rome in the early history of the church, he became a consultant to the Vatican committee for the preparation of the Millennium celebrations. He is Director of the Foundation for the Pontific Institute of Christian Archaeology in Rome, as well as Associat Professor of History at the American University in Rome. He contributes regularly to a wide number of journals, and is a frequent broadcaster on radio.
Matthew A. Price is the President of Upland Publishing, a Tennessee-based publisher of Christian books, Bibles, and music. From 1990-1996 he was Vice-President and Publisher of Star Song Communications. From 98-990 he worked for Tyndale House Publishers, becoming Director of Development. Matthew holds a BA in English and an MA in Church History from Wheaton College.
