Elizabeth H. Forsyth, M.D. has collaborated with Margaret O. Hyde on more than twenty books. A psychiatrist and graduate of Yale University School of Medicine, she has been in private practice, served as a consultant to the Burlington, Vermont, public school system, and was a clinical instructor in the Department of Psychiatry, University of Vermont College of Medicine. She also has a special interest and experience in forensic psychiatry and has served as an expert witness in many court cases. She currently lives in Phoenix, Arizona, with her husband
