She is the author of Big Sister Now and Big Brother Now . Karen Maizel has illustrated 21 books for children, Big Sister Now and Big Brother Now , and teaches foundational courses at an art and design college. She lives with her husband near Cleveland, Ohio, and has three grown daughters and a granddaughter.
