Author Notes:	Craig M. Hatkoff is an American philanthropist and author from New York City. He is a co-founder of the Tribeca Film Institute and the Tribeca Film Festival. Marilyn Mets has been working as an illustrator, art director, and graphic designer for more than 25 years.
