Author Notes: Cesar Millan was born in rural Culiacan, Mexico on August 27, 1969. He came to the United States in 1990 and eventually became a self-taught professional dog trainer. He is the star of Dog Whisperer with Cesar Millan on the National Geographic Channel and founded the Dog Psychology Center in Los Angeles and the Cesar and Ilusion Millan Foundation. He has also co-written several books including Cesar's Way, Be the Pack Leader, How to Raise the Perfect Dog, and Cesar's Rules. He has his own magazine entitled Cesar's Way, which is published eight times a year.
