Prankster of prime time
When the Prankster gets out of prison and promises to change his life around by starting a new television show featuring teens who perform practical jokes, it quickly becomes apparent to Superman that the pranks are actually previews for crimes, and he sends Jimmy Olsen to look into the matter.
