Author Notes: Guy Fieri received a bachelor's degree in hospitality management from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. He is an American restaurateur, author, television personality, and game show host. He co-owns five restaurants in California and is widely known for his several television series on the Food Network: Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives, Guy's Big Bite, and Ultimate Recipe Showdown. His first book, Diners, Drive-ins and Dives: An All-American Road Trip ... with Recipes!, was published in 2008.
