Author Notes: Ben Spitalnick, MD, MBA, FAAP, is a general pediatrician whose clinical experiences include office patient care, hospitalist duties, and newborn nursery care. He is serving as vice president of the Georgia Chapter of the American Academy of Pediatrics, managing partner of an 11-physician pediatric practice, and assistant clinical professor for Mercer University School of Medicine.
Keith Selbert, MD, MBA, FAAP, completed his residency in 2002 at the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia and currently works as a pediatrician and board member for a large multispecialty group practice in Savannah, GA. He has served as chairman of the Department of Pediatrics at both of the region's hospital systems and as chairman of the Practice Management Committee for the Georgia Chapter of the American Academy of Pediatrics.
