Author Notes:Bill Beverly is an American teacher and writer, born in 1965. He grew up in Kalamazoo, Michigan, and attended Oberlin College and the University of Florida. He is the author of On the Lam: Narratives of Flight in J. Edgar Hoover's America, and Dodgers, which won the 2016 Gold Dagger for best crime novel of the year and the New Blood Dagger for best debut crime novel.
