Author Notes: Amy Schumer was born on June 1, 1981 in Manhattan, New York City, New York. She is a graduate of Townson University with a degree in theater. She is a stand-up comedian, actress, writer, and producer. She considers herself a feminist and addresses social issues through her comedy and writing. Her film work includes Trainwreck, which she wrote and played the leading role. In 2015 she was named one of Time magazine's 100 most influential people.
