Author Notes: David Bowie was born David Robert Jones in London, England on January 8, 1947. He was a musician. His albums included Hunky Dory, Aladdin Sane, Diamond Dogs, Young Americans, Station to Station, Let's Dance, The Next Day, and Blackstar. He also produced albums and wrote songs for fellow musicians including Lou Reed, Iggy Pop, and Mott the Hoople. He appeared in live theater productions including The Elephant Man and in movies including The Man Who Fell to Earth and Labyrinth. He died from cancer on January 10, 2015 at the age of 69.
