Author Notes: Evelyn Tribole, M.S., R.D. (left in cover photo) is an award-winning registered dietitian with a nutrition counseling practice in Newport Beach, California, specializing in eating disorders. She also trains health professionals how to help their clients create a healthy relationship with food, mind, and body. She has written eight books, including the million-copy bestseller Healthy Homestyle Cooking. She was the nutritionist expert for Good Morning America and was a national spokesperson for the American Dietetic Association for six years.
Elyse Resch, M.S., R.D., F.A.D.A., C.E.D.R.D., has been in private practice in Beverly Hills, California, as a nutrition therapist for thirty years, specializing in eating disorders. Intuitive Eating, and preventative nutrition.
