Author Notes:	Lura Rogers Seavey developed a love for travel at an early age after having spent her youth accompanying her parents on their professional travel-writing adventures. Today, she continues the family tradition by exploring the world with her own children and sharing her enthusiasm and experiences with readers. In addition to authoring many titles in Scholastic's Enchantment of the World series, she writes for many travel publications. Barbara Radcliffe Rogers has been a writer and editor since her college days. After working as a speechwriter for senators and congresspeople in Washington, D.C., she moved on to writing on subjects ranging from travel to food to folk arts. She is the coauthor of more than thirty guidebooks on places such as Italy, Portugal, Spain, Germany, and Canada. Introducing young readers to the world is especially important to her, and she has written many books on countries and cities of the world.
