Author Notes: Danielle F. Wozniak, MSW, ACSW, PhD, is an associate professor and BSW Program Director at the University of Montana's School of Social Work. She spent nine years as a social worker and twenty years in clinical research, focusing on domestic violence, motherhood, sexuality, ethnography, and cultural diversity.
Karen Allen, MSW, LCSW, PhD, is the Social Work Department Chair at Arkansas State University. She has spent eighteen years in the field as a caseworker and director of social work at various institutions. She also sits on the annual conference committee for the Society for Social Work Leadership in Health Care. She lives in Jonesboro, AR.
