Author Notes:Kristin Russo is the author of This is a Book for Parents of Gay Kids and currently works with large-scale businesses as a speaker and consultant on topics such as creating equitable and safe(r) workspaces and parenting LGBTQ+ children. She also creates podcasts about '90s genre shows such as Buffy the Vampire Slayer and The X-Files , has two cats named Sam and Gus, and holds a master's in gender studies from the CUNY Graduate Center.
