Tiler gives you an inside look at what life is really like as one of the world's most famous ballerinas as she shares stories about when she realized she wanted to be a ballerina, how she breaks in her pointe shoes, and what she does before a performance to prepare. She also delves into more personal topics, including puberty, periods, and nutrition to tackle some of the subjects that ballet dancers in training are preoccupied by but might struggle to talk to their peers or parents about.
