Description
Summary:"Worm is looking for a new job. Unfortunately, lifeguarding, deep sea fishing, and window washing aren't quite the right fit. When he sees the convention center is hiring a night guard, Worm leaps (well, scootches) to apply. The manager is skeptical. An invention convention is in town, and a thief is stealing nifty inventions! Surely this lowly worm couldn't possibly stop a thief. Will Worm worm his way into a job of a lifetime or will he get the pink slip? And if he gets the job, can he get the bad guy? Worm on the Job is an absurdist introduction to a loveable, winsome new hero. With his outsized self-confidence and willingness to stretch his limits, Worm will worm his way into readers' hearts."--
