| Author Notes: | Alexandra Badiu is a Romanian illustrator and creative director in animation. Born to immigrant parents who moved to _x0130_zmir, she started painting as a child to express herself before learning Turkish in kindergarten. Inspired by the animated shows she loved, Alexandra was determined to create her own stories from a young age. After studying animation, she moved to Atlanta, Georgia, to develop her skills further and pursue a career in the animation industry. Her love for literature also led her to illustrate children's books. After four years in the US, Alexandra returned to _x0130_zmir, where she is currently based. In her free time, she enjoys throwing pottery, building Legos, cheering for her favorite F1 teams, and exploring the latest in astrophysics. |
