The certificates folder contains over 3,000 delayed birth certificates as PDF files, grouped into subfolders of 100 each. In order to find what number is associated with a name, there is an alphabetical name index listing each applicant's name as well as their parents' names that also includes instructions on how best to use the index. Finally, the original instructions and documents used in applying for a delayed birth certificate are included as a PDF file as well. | |
